1. Who runs this site

This website is run by Clear Air LLC, an Arizona heating and cooling contractor, Arizona ROC 368272. "We" and "us" mean Clear Air LLC.

2. What this site is

General information about our services, and a way to call us or ask for a quote. It is not a price, an offer or a contract. Sending the quote form does not hire us and does not oblige you or us to anything.

3. Safety

A website cannot diagnose your system. If you smell gas or think there is carbon monoxide, get outside first, then call 911. Do not wait for a call back.

4. Using this site

Use it to learn about us and to reach us. Please do not send false requests or spam through the form, try to break or overload the site, or copy it to promote another business.

5. Links

We link to a few outside sites, such as the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. We do not run them and are not responsible for what they say.

6. Accuracy

We work to keep this site correct. If anything here differs from a written estimate or agreement we give you, the written one applies.

7. Your details

How we handle what you send us is in our Privacy notice.

8. How we work with customers

Each job is governed by the written estimate or agreement you accept. The price, schedule, payment, warranty and cancellation terms for your job are in that document, not on this website. See How we work.

Some photographs here are other people's work, used under licence. They stay theirs, each keeps the credit and licence shown where it appears, and our notice does not cover them. Some pictures are computer-generated illustrations and are described as such; they do not show our jobs, staff or customers, and we claim no copyright in them. Other companies' names and logos belong to those companies. If you believe something here copies your work, call us, tell us what and where, and we will look into it promptly.
