How we work

The short version of how a job with Clear Air LLC goes, from the first call to the last test.

We show up when we say

You get a time, and we keep it. If something on the job before yours runs long, the office calls you before the window closes, not after.

We quote the whole job before we start

We look at the system, tell you in plain words what is wrong or what the new system needs, and put the whole job in a written estimate: equipment, labor and anything else it takes. You see it and you decide. No work starts on a price you have not seen.

We don't sell you anything you don't need

If a repair makes sense, we say so. If the system should be replaced instead, we tell you why and price both so you can compare.

We test before we leave

Every repair and every install is started up and checked before we pack up.

Your estimate is the agreement

The price, schedule, payment, warranty and cancellation terms for your job are in the written estimate or agreement you accept. If anything on this site differs from that document, the document applies.

Licensed and bonded

Clear Air LLC holds Arizona ROC 368272, class CR-39 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, commercial and residential. You can look up any contractor's licence at roc.az.gov.
